Q. Do we have to have a net?
A. You HAVE to provide a net.  If you do not there will be a financial penatly. But, if for some reason your net doesn’t make it to the game it is not cause for a game not to be played.

Q. Do we have to have corner flags?
A.  Yes. You HAVE to provide corner flags or something that will act as an appropriate substitute. If you do not then there will be a financial penalty.
