Q. When do I need a play up form?
A. A play up form is used when a player from a lower division is called to your team to play from your own club. They will still require their ID Card. Senior players can only play up 6 times. This form can be found on our website under Forms. Please refer to the rules to see if a player qualifies

Q. When do I need a Temporary Eligibility Permit (TRP)?   

A. A team uses a TEP to have a player from another club play up. They will still require their ID Card. Please refer to the rules to see if a player qualifies. TEPs must be obtained from the EODSA. 

Q. When can I use a Trial Registration Permit?   
               
A. A Trial Registration Permit is used when a player is not registered anywhere and you want to try the player out for your team. A Trial Registration Permit must be obtained from the EODSA. Trial permits cannot be used after July 31 (roster freeze).
